About Dr. Sandra Hoenig, MD

Sandra Hoenig, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience.  She graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Journalism and attended NMDNJ-NJ Medical School for her medical degree.

• UMDNJ-NJ Medical School, MD degree 2003-2007

• Overlook Family Practice Residency 2007-2010

Dr. Hoenig  is very involved in her community and the schools. She is on the board of the elementary school and volunteers there quite often. She teaches the pre-medical elective to the freshman at the high school. She also loves drama, singing, tap dance and am an avid reader.  Dr. Hoenig has lived in Bergen County for over 40 years and currently resides there with her husband and 4 children.
