  • Hormone therapy in peri-menopause and post-menopause offers various benefits. It helps relieve menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings, improving overall quality of life. It can also reduce the risk of osteoporosis, maintain vaginal health, and potentially lower the risk of certain diseases like heart disease and colorectal cancer.

  • Evaluation and treatment of sexual pain, menopause-related sexual dysfunction, low desire, sexual dysfunction related to cancer treatment and GSM. The term Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause – or GSM – encompasses a group f symptoms that may occur in the vulvovaginal and bladder-urethral areas from loss of estrogen that occurs with menopause.

  • Annual screening for breast cancer versus understanding personal risk of developing breast cancer are two vastly different things. Our practice now offers individualized breast cancer risk assessment screening to determine your risk for breast cancer – an important metric in your overall health.

  • Bone health post-menopause is crucial due to decreased estrogen levels, which can lead to osteoporosis. Lower bone density increases fracture risk. Maintaining bone health through proper nutrition, exercise, and medical interventions is essential to prevent complications and ensure overall well-being.
